Entities and embassies participate in the sixth session of the Diplomatic Football Championship sponsored by El-Attal Holding.

The stadiums of Al-Jazira Sports Club will witness the launch of the sixth edition of the Diplomatic Football Championship, during the period from May 16 to 31, with the participation of 41 embassies and diplomatic bodies, in the major event hosted by the land of Egypt. The drawing ceremony was held among the participating teams, in the presence of Frank Hartmann, the German Ambassador in Cairo, and a number of ambassadors of the countries participating in the Diplomatic Championship in its sixth edition, led by the ambassadors of France, Hungary, Japan, Finland, Romania and Denmark. Professor Sherif Seif was also present. Al-Nasr, President of Al-Jazira Club Engineer lhab Lahita, Vice President of Al Jazira Club, Major General Sherine Shams El Din, Executive Director of the club, and representatives of sponsors, most notably Rania Abdel Aziz, representative of CIB, the most prominent supporter of the Diplomatic Championship since its launch in 2017, and Engineer Ahmed Al Attal, the strategic partner of the tournament. Hisham Marzouk, Executive Director of the Diplomatic Football Championship and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sixyards, confirmed that it had been decided to include the German and French teams in one group, and that the opening match of the tournament between the two teams would be on May 16, at 9 p.m., in appreciation of the two countries that will organize the tournament. The German and French ambassadors are scheduled to participate in the meeting between the ranks of the two teams.
